My notes ​

My notes lists every note you wrote in this league, newest first. Only you can read your notes. No other GM, and not the commissioner, sees them.

How to get here ​

  1. Open a league.
  2. In the left rail, under My club, select My notes. A spectator with no club can open it too.

You can also select All my notes in the notepad.

What you see ​

  • Search your notes box and kind buttons: All, League, Players, Offers and Prospects.
  • My notes pane, a table with About, Note, Kind and Updated. About names what the note is on, for example a player and his club, a prospect and his class, an offer and its status, or League notepad.
  • A long note shows its first line. Show all opens the full note, and Show less closes it.
  • No notes yet when you have written nothing, with Open the notepad. No note matches that when a search or kind button hides everything, with Clear the search.

What you can do ​

  • Type in Search your notes: finds notes that contain those words.
  • Select a kind button: shows only that kind of note.
  • Select a name under About: opens the player page, the trade offer, or the prospect on your Scouting board. A spectator goes to the draft room for a prospect. League notepad opens the notepad.

How notes work ​

  • You keep one notepad for the league, and one note for each player, trade offer or prospect. Writing again replaces the note.
  • A note holds up to 2,000 characters, as plain text. It saves itself a moment after you stop typing, and when you leave the box. The line under the box reads Saving, then Saved. If a save fails it reads "Did not save. Try again." with Try again.
  • A note on a player is deleted when the player changes clubs, is released, signs with a club, or retires. Moves between the active roster, practice squad, IR and reserve inside one club keep the note. The player page then reads "New club, clean page."
  • A note on a prospect is deleted when he is drafted or signs as an undrafted rookie.
  • A note on a trade offer stays after the offer closes. You can edit it only while your club is on the offer. If you change clubs, the note stays on this page to read.
  • If the player moves while you are typing, the note does not save. The box says so and offers Start a fresh page.
