Appearance
Your team
Use the team screens to see your roster, set your lineup and check where the team is headed.
My Team
The My Team screen shows your record, hot and cold players, upcoming matchups and your full roster. It shows two sets of ratings:
- Your scouts' OVR (ability now) and POT (upside).
- The market consensus.
Where the two disagree, you may find value. For example, a player your scouts rate higher than the market does can be a trade or draft target.
Offseason: set your scouting budget
- In the offseason, open Front office from My club.
- Decide how much to spend on scouts. Sharper scouts read talent more accurately than the rest of the league. That is your edge in trades and the draft.
- Set the budget before the first game. You cannot change it during the season. See Front office and Owner's box for the slider and the rest of the screen.
Depth Chart
- Open the Depth Chart from your team.
- Click a position to open its depth list.
- Drag players to set who starts. The top name in each list is the starter.
- Use Auto lineup or Auto staff for a default you can then adjust.
If you leave a slot empty, the sim fills it for you. The sim rarely picks the way you would.
Outlook
The Outlook screen grades every position on your roster, so holes and strengths are easy to see. A reading column gives the same view in plain language and projects the next three seasons. Use it to decide whether to buy, hold or sell before the trade deadline.
Schedule
Schedule shows your season as a calendar. Each day shows a win, a loss or an off day, with the opponent. vs means home and @ means away. The Season pane shows your record and how many games you have played. Up next lists your next games. In the offseason there is no schedule. The next one appears when the new season is set.
Chemistry
Chemistry shows the mood of your clubhouse. The left pane, Moods, lists every player on the active roster, with the worst mood first. A player who Wants out has asked for a trade. Promised means you made that player a promise. The right pane, Clubhouse, gives the team's chemistry verdict. It sorts players into Leaders, Quiet pros, Hotheads, Cancers and Prima donnas. It also lists the Storylines in the room, such as feuds and friendships. Only the team's own GM sees moods and the breakdown. On another team you see the verdict word alone.
Minors
Prospects have their own screen. See Minors and farm systems.
