Sending feedback

Every game has a Send feedback button in its top bar. Use it to report something broken or to suggest an idea.

How to

1. Select Send feedback in the top bar. On a phone the button may be in the account menu. In FTG Basketball it is in the club header at the top of the screen.
2. Choose what you are sending: a broken thing, or an idea.
3. Describe it in one line.
4. Add details if you want: what you were doing, and what you expected instead.
5. Send it.

The game attaches the page you are on, your league, and your browser and game version, so the developers can reproduce the problem.

Differences by game

• FTG Baseball and FTG Football add two things to the form: a checkbox to include a picture of the screen you are on, and an email field. In FTG Baseball the field is Email (optional — only if you want a reply). In FTG Football it is Email, if you want a reply. Leave it blank if you do not want an answer.
• In FTG Baseball on a phone, and in FTG Football on a screen narrower than 840px, the form has no picture checkbox. Taking the picture froze the screen for several seconds on a phone. In FTG Football the form fills the screen there. Describe what you see in words instead.
